Beginning our third day on the road, gliding through the northeast coast in our VW ID.4, we arrived at a local hot spot in Fishkill, New York. The I-84 Diner welcomed us with the sound of revved engines as the local bikers gathered to enjoy their favorite spot in town. As we continued our own road trip ever upward, we were greeted by the gracious and eager service men in Kingston who assisted us during our brief stay and even said cheese for the camera before we departed. Our destinations continued through breathtaking scenery and iconic bridges entrapped with the early morning fog. The skyline followed us as we waved goodbye in our rearview mirror, admiring one last look. Furthermore, the VW employees of Langan welcomed us with laughs and impeccable service as we shared travel stories.
